  Un grand merci à toute l’équipe très accueillante, souriante et très professionnelle. Chambre familiale (5 personnes) parfaite hôtel très propre . Rapport qualité prix imbattable.Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

  As a solo traveler, I love the practicality of the rooms at Hotel des Arts! I do prefer upper level floors to this 1st floor room. Be aware that a single room with 1 bed means 'twin' bed. I knew that ahead of time, so no big deal. Lower floor rooms mean more awareness of street noise/ (loud) voices (there is a street festival). No carpet/ rugs (also no problem), steel doors, tiny desk, instant coffee; it's very practical, if not a little bit like a school or hospital. I have yet to experience the breakfast.

  Ja, ich habe dort eine Nacht im 6. Stock im Dachgeschoss übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte ein wirklich merkwürdiges Kühlsystem. Aus dem Klimagerät führte ein Schlauch nach draußen, der sich ständig bewegte und dabei Lärm machte. Dadurch wurden wir immer wieder geweckt. Ich habe ungefähr 220 Franken bezahlt und konnte trotzdem wegen des Lärms kaum schlafen.

  Hotel to avoid at all costs, especially during the summer. We would strongly advise against staying at this hotel during the summer. The outside temperature was only around maximum 25°C, yet our room felt like a sauna. It was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep or stay in the room. We had to book another hotel for the night. We politely asked whether it would be possible to move to a room on the other side of the building, but the receptionist was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. It was, without question, the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The interaction was so unprofessional that it felt absurd.
