  I had a wonderful experience here choosing Swiss Army knives for my friends and one for myself and the wonderful Helen who’s the staff there was extremely helpful and friendly gave me good recommendations and I took her advice, my friends and I love the knives especially with the engraving of our names which was done expertly and quickly by Helen herself, really appreciated her for her friendliness and help.   What a wonderful experience. This beautiful family-owned shop in Lucerne truly made buying a watch feel special from beginning to end. The selection was stunning, and I found an absolutely beautiful watch that I’ll treasure for years. What stood out most was the warmth, kindness, and genuine care from everyone in the shop. There was no pressure at all — just thoughtful guidance, expertise, and pride in what they do. You can really feel the family tradition and passion behind the business. If you’re in Lucerne and looking for a memorable experience and exceptional service, I couldn’t recommend this shop more highly.

  Came to Swiss for my first time, of course, highly felt like getting a swiss watch back. And so I went looking and saw this shop that sells some swiss knives and some watches. The lady was from my hometown and so we chat a bit and she showed us to go opposite, they have many different watches. So we went over, and yes, they sell many different watches. The lady is very kind to ask me some questions and help me to choose. I took long time and took out many. But she’s very patient. No complaints at all. Do go over if you’re like me, “Come to Swiss, why not get a Swiss Watch back!” 😄

  Ein tolles Einkaufs Erlebnis, da stehen wir vor dem sehr anspruchsvollen Schaufenster und sind begeistert von der Ausstellung ! Da spricht uns eine aufmerksame Verkäuferin an und zeigte uns einige Artikel. So liebevoll erklärt und überzeugend. Da haben wir gerne gekauft. Dann kann der sehr nette Chef dazu super nett. Wenn wir in Luzern sind kommen wir gerne wieder 🤗 Grüße von den Münsteranern
