  Simon and Kevin were great. I am outdoorsy, but needed some family gifts and shopping with my Dad. We picked 4 knives, got the free engraving (which we saw in an advertisement) and they were very nice and polite. I had to wait for engraving, and we got to pick the font type too. Yes, expensive but a perfect gift for both ladies and men! Everyone needs a knife with scissors! Highly recommended place. The two staff were polite, funny, and felt like they actually cared about helping you. Glad they had the advertisement in our hotel magazine and glad we stopped.

  Who wouldn’t want a custom engraved Swiss Army Knife when visiting the beautiful city of Lucerne, Switzerland? Out of all the shops lining old town Lucerne, this family owned shop had tremendous customer service and helped us decide on gifts for our entire family. Helen was wonderful and we are so happy with our purchases. Thank you again!

  Great knife shop with friendly and helpful staff. They do free engravings, and we were able to get personalized Swiss knives for all the kids.

  Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient staff! I believe Helen was the one who helped my husband and I pick out a couple of watches. Very happy to have stumbled into this family owned business!!

  This was a totally wonderful experience in Luzerne The minute we entered her store” Webers World “ Helen was so welcoming and greeting and informative. She recognize that we were Canadians and jokingly said I’ll give you 10%. She gives that to everyone then she instructed us to go across to the other store to look at watches I was met with Soliel she greeted us so warmly, and encouraged me to actually buy a watch from her and across the street with Helen Mary Lou purchased gifts for our grandkids, our son-in-law and son A huge thank you to them it made our purchases so much easier and enjoyable Tom and Mary Lou O’BRIEN, Windsor Ontario Canada🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🙏❤️ May 31/2026
