What if there was a bookshop in the heart of Switzerland specialising solely in Spanish culture? There is. Ibercultura has three souls: bookshop, Spanish language school and cultural meeting point. As a bookshop, we offer you novels, essays, children's literature, ELE material, films, series, gift items and educational games in Spanish (and we can also provide you with books in Galician, Catalan and Basque). We serve you in our physical shop and on our website, shipping all over Switzerland. We also have special conditions and offers for libraries, schools and parents' associations. Our language school sets itself the goal of making the learning of the Spanish language possible in a modern and enjoyable way. We are a language school that only teaches Spanish as a foreign language. Our aim is that the students, when learning the language, also enjoy the history, art and culture of the Spanish-speaking world. Spanish learning should be a joyful experience. And finally, as a cultural centre, at Ibercultura we intend to go far beyond just a bookshop and offer in our Clara Campoamor space a place where people can meet and be enriched through the promotion of culture in Spanish with book presentations, poetry evenings, art courses, feminist conferences, reading clubs, educational workshops for Spanish as a foreign language teachers, events for children... Some events are exclusively face-to-face, but others are open to a wider audience by making them hybrids with streaming. Since 1975 we have been working in Lucerne for the whole of Switzerland with passion for culture in Spanish. We look forward to seeing you!
