  Mein Vater wurde am Montag ins Spital von Sanmaden gebracht wegen einen Herzinfarkt. Ich wollte mich beim Team,das ihn untersucht und behandelt hat und die fantastiche Entscheidung traf ,ihn mit Hunbschrauber nach Chur zu evakuieren gang herzlich bedanken. Speziell wollte ich mich beim Doktor Schaefer bedanken , der mit Liebe und Geduld meiner Mutter und mir uns geholfen hat und alles erklaert hat.

  Jemand aus der Familie wurde am Samstagabend krank. Keine dringende Sache, aber viel Nervosität. Ich habe angerufen und wurde gebeten, zusammen hinzugehen. Empfang und Untersuchung waren äusserst freundlich und kompetent. Danke

  Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Die Ärzte sind trotz Hochbetrieb freundlich und sehr gründlich.

  Very rude customer service , no empathy and she kept sighing while talking to me when all I need is help and advice on how can I get a medical certificate because I am sick and have a high fever , and she said that they are busy right now I can come but then I need to wait long, she kept insisting to call again tomorrow because they are busy and she give me a site where I can find the information about the doctors around here on my own without even trying to help me more and give further advice.. all in all rude customer service and no hospitality at all. They are not kind .
