Thierry Colomb Conseil - Conseiller en situations complexes

When everything becomes fragile — reputation, family, leadership, wealth or relationships — I step in to protect what truly matters. I advise executives, entrepreneurs, families and organisations facing sensitive, complex or high-stakes human situations. Situations addressed: difficult internal relationships, complex successions and inheritances, breakdowns of trust, family tensions, delicate transitions, governance conflicts or leadership under pressure. Objective: restore clarity quickly, reduce risk and protect people, relationships, wealth and continuity. Approach: - Analysis of the situation, key stakeholders, interests and critical risks. - Identification of priorities and available options. - Definition of a clear and realistic strategy. - Support in decision-making and implementation. Initial engagement: CHF 8,000.– A simple, confidential and transparent framework, with no hourly billing: intensive support over approximately six to eight weeks, tailored to the situation, the stakes and the decisions to be made, followed by a one-hour review session to assess results and determine the next steps. Examples of engagements: • Supporting an executive facing a high-stakes personal or professional situation • Preventing the escalation of a family or inheritance conflict • Restoring stability after a breakdown of trust or leadership • Clarifying a family situation that could affect the governance of shared assets • Preparing a sensitive decision involving multiple people, interests or risks Who I work with: Executives and entrepreneurs · entrepreneurial families · family offices · private banks · trustees · law firms and notaries · high-net-worth families · international figures · luxury groups and maisons · foundations · international organisations.
