  Catastrophique! Dans un appartement refait à neuf sur Genève, mur neuf et je le précise, car j’y tiens. Ca peut arriver MAIS on écrit, on appel… réponse « …….´ pas de réponse…on attend encore, 3 semaines après ! En un mot : FUYEZ car le travail et le service client sont catastrophiques !

  Some of the receptionists are very rude and not capable of their job at all! I called a year ago to have the maintenance contract transferred from the previous owner to us (the new owners of the house). The woman who picked up the phone was super unpleasant and told me off by saying the contract is already in place so what do you need madam? She implied that the contract was transferred to us automatically, which I found odd as we never signed a contract with the company. One year later, when there was an issue with the heating and ventilation system, I called the company again and was told the contract terminated following the sale of the house. I was told that I should sign the new contract which hasn’t arrived yet. We will look elsewhere and be very careful with this provider!
