    Catastrophique: j’ai apporté mon MacBook Pro de 2016 pour faire changer la batterie. Je l’ai récupéré 2 semaines plus tard avec 3 pannes causées par le technicien et le boîtier couvert de graisse. J’ai remis la main dessus après la 1ere panne. Le pseudo technicien n’a pas pris le peine de tester son travail alors que je lui avais confié mon mot de passe avec accès à toutes mes données personnelles. J’ai été imprudent et naïf d'autant que la 1ere fois que je l'ai vu, il m'a fait très mauvaise impression. Je le regrette amèrement. En compensation, ils me proposent une reprise de 190 CHF après avoir pris soin de déduire la batterie et autres pièces changées pour qui ne fonctionnent pas. Un Mac équivalent coûte aujourd’hui plus de 3000 CHF. J’attends qu’il fasse appel à leur assurance. Je suis pessimiste face à leur mépris affiché depuis la première panne il y a plus d’une semaine. Je vous encourage à ne PAS leur confier votre matériel. Leur réponse est mensongère: C'est moi qui ait informé le pseudo technicien de la 1ier panne. Il a reconnu ne pas avoir testé. Sa raison: il n'avait pas le mot de passe ce qui est faux. Par ailleurs, ils viennent de m'informé qu'ils n'ont pas d'assurance. Le document qu'ils m'ont fait signé est un faux et ils semblent aussi que leur activité n'est pas légal. J’ai contacté le sous-traitant qui devait réparer ce qu’ils ont cassé. Il estime le montant des réparations à au moins 700 CHF. I4M refuse bien sûr de les prendre en charge et me menace de poursuites si je ne retire pas cet avis.
