  Excellente expérience avec la Dre Malgorzata Buczak, très professionnelle, compétente et à l’écoute. Elle prend le temps d’expliquer clairement et met vraiment en confiance. Un grand merci également à Madame Cellier, son infirmière, pour sa douceur, sa bienveillance et son écoute. Une très belle complémentarité entre elles, qui rend la prise en charge vraiment agréable et rassurante. Une équipe au top, professionnelle et humaine. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! ❤️

  The clinic itself is nice; however, I was very dissatisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Malgorzata Buczak. I had initially treated what I thought was a wart on my foot myself, using a treatment from the pharmacy. Unfortunately, it became inflamed and very painful, to the point that I could barely walk. After more than a month of dealing with the problem, I went to see Dr. Buczak. During the first consultation, I did not find her particularly sympathetic or reassuring. She cleaned the area and explained that she could not determine whether it was a wart or a callus without performing a deeper cleaning (curettage). I therefore returned two days later for the procedure. I was already quite nervous about the curettage, and the doctor repeatedly warned me that the anaesthetic injection would be very painful. The injection was indeed painful. She then performed the deep curettage and told me that it was a callus, not a wart. She asked me to come back one week later to check the healing. At the follow-up appointment, she told me that the callus had already grown back and that she would need to perform another curettage. I was surprised and uncomfortable with this, as it seemed very unusual for a callus to regrow so quickly. Seeing that I was uneasy, she then suggested waiting longer to see whether it would heal on its own. After reflecting on the explanation, I found it difficult to understand how the problem could heal on its own if, as I had just been told, the callus had already regrown. Two weeks after the curettage, I went to see my dermatologist in Italy. After reviewing photographs from before and after the procedure and examining my foot, she diagnosed it as a wart. She treated it with cryotherapy and prescribed a cream for seven days, followed by a salicylic-acid plaster to be applied overnight. The problem has now been successfully resolved thanks to the treatment I received from my dermatologist. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Buczak for foot-related issues.

  Je suis allée voir le Dr Mefarey pour un 2e avis, car à la première clinique que j'ai consulté on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait rien à faire pour mes rides du sourire, que je devais apprendre à vivre avec... Après consultation, il m'a recommandé des injections d'acide hyaluronique à différents endroits du visage pour un effet plus harmonieux et effectivement le résultat est bluffant, tout en restant naturel. Les vitamines qu'il mélange à l'acide subliment la peau et donne un effet bonne mine sur le long terme (j'ai même reçu des compliments des collègues!). Le Dr Mefarey prend le temps d'expliquer et de répondre aux questions, et le reste de l'équipe est adorable. On se sent toujours la bienvenue. Je recommande vraiment les yeux fermés!

  Je recommande vivement le Dr Mefarey ! J'ai réalisé un traitement complet du visage (injections et soins du regard), et le résultat est naturel, harmonieux et exactement ce que j'espérais. Un travail minutieux, beaucoup d'écoute, et un résultat top niveau. Merci infiniment !
