Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Lito was extremely stressful and uncomfortable.
I was very shocked by the doctor’s communication style during the consultation. The tone was loud and aggressive at times, even when we were asking reasonable questions about my worsening symptoms and treatment. As a patient returning for a second visit because I was not improving, I expected clearer explanations and a calmer interaction. Instead, the consultation felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational, which made an already stressful medical situation much more difficult.
Throughout the consultation, the doctor repeatedly emphasized that my condition was “not fatal.” When I requested medication to help with the fever I had been experiencing at night, the reaction felt unexpectedly aggressive and dismissive. My previous consultation and prescribed treatment were visible in front of him, but the concern was addressed very quickly without reviewing the details in a calm or explanatory manner.
Patients do not go to emergency clinics because they enjoy blood tests, repeated needle attempts, or stressful consultations. They go because they are unwell and need medical help, reassurance, and professional guidance. Even when a condition is not considered life-threatening, patients still deserve to be treated with respect, empathy, and seriousness when describing their symptoms and concerns.
Based on my personal experience, I would not feel comfortable consulting with this doctor again.
