    Un sourire à l'envers sur le visages de tous les employés, un "bonjour" absent, des caissières qui préfèrent papoter plutôt que d'encaisser un client, les clients ne sont pas conseillés ou aidés. Les employés de ce magasin auraient bien besoin d'un petit cours sur les bases de la vente et du service...

    La beauté n’est pas au rdv. L’emballage n’est pas beau. Les fleurs sont mal ordonné et non comme demandé. Elles ne sont pas à la même hauteur comme j’avais demandé, certains sont tellement basses par rapport au autres que on ne les voit même pas, il n’y a eu aucun effort de À à Z, je suis dessus pour le prix…
