Richter Bodywork & Fitness Mobile bodywork, movement & wellness in Basel – with a focus on expats I support individuals with wellness-oriented bodywork, massage and movement in a fitness and leisure context. The focus is on relaxation, body awareness and creating a balanced counterpoint to everyday and sports-related demands. I work primarily with expats and international clients and offer all sessions and communication in English at native-speaker level, as well as in German and Swiss-german. Wellness & Sports Massage Individual wellness and sports-related massages designed to support relaxation, recovery and general well-being. All services are provided strictly within a non-medical, non-therapeutic framework. Movement & Personal Training Functional, movement-based training for everyday life, leisure and sport. Sessions are tailored to individual goals and offered one-on-one or in small groups. Complementary Relaxation & Body Awareness Elements Simple, time-limited breathing and awareness exercises may be used as supportive elements to help slow down and reconnect with the body. Nutrition-related Orientation (Fitness & Sports Context) Practical, everyday guidance around nutrition and movement for healthy individuals, without dietary or therapeutic intent.
