    Absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich hatte einen Termin mit Bestätigung und bin pünktlich erschienen – vor Ort wurde mir dann gesagt, dass ich nicht im System stehe. Trotz vorgezeigter Buchungsbestätigung konnte mir keine Lösung angeboten werden, und ich wurde einfach wieder weggeschickt. Besonders ärgerlich: Im Nachhinein wurde behauptet, der Termin sei storniert gewesen. Tatsache ist jedoch, dass ich zwar einen Termin abgesagt, aber gleichzeitig einen neuen für denselben Tag gebucht und dafür eine Bestätigung erhalten hatte. Wie ein bestätigter Termin einfach „verschwindet“, konnte mir bis heute niemand nachvollziehbar erklären. Organisation und Kundenservice sind hier leider sehr mangelhaft. Wenn Fehler passieren, sollte zumindest professionell damit umgegangen und eine Lösung angeboten werden – beides war nicht der Fall. Für mich absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

    Ich bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden mit der Fußpflege! Man wird freundlich empfangen und fühlt sich rundum wohl. Ich komme regelmäßig und kann den Besuch von Herzen weiterempfehlen! 🎈🔆

    The praxis is clean and modern. The professionals were nice, however, my appointment last only 40 minutes and not one hour which I paid for ,and the result is satisfactory, for a regular pedicure.
