    Meine vollen 5 Sterne reichen nicht, um meine Erfahrung mit swiss Optik-Brawand zu bewerten. Ein wirklich tolles Geschäft. Kompetent, Freundlich, faire Preise, Menschlich und man spürt, dass das gesamte Team immer sein Bestes zum Wohle der Kundschaft gibt. Auch die führenden Weltmarken wie "Lindberg" oder "Götti" sprechen für die überragende Qualität dieses Optikers. Für mich die Nr. 1 im Raum Bern.

    Seit Jahren sind meine Kinder (8 und 3 Jahre alt) Kunden bei Swiss Optik-Brawand. Das Personal zeigt einen bemerkenswert einfühlsamen Umgang mit meinen Kindern. Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich jedesmal die Zeit, auf die Bedürfnisse meiner Kinder einzugehen und schaffen eine entspannte sowie kinderfreundliche Atmosphäre. Sie erklären geduldig jeden Schritt der Brillenauswahl, sodass meine Kinder sich wohl fühlen und Vertrauen aufbauen können. Die Auswahl an Brillen war gross und bunt, was es meinem Kind leicht machte, eine passende Brille auszusuchen, die es gerne tragen wollte. Das Personal war stets geduldig und half uns dabei, die perfekte Brille für meine Kinder zu finden. Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von der Professionalität und dem liebevollen Umgang des Teams. Meine Kinder verlassen das Geschäft jedesmal mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht und freuen sich darauf, die neue Brille zu tragen. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Erfahrung.
