In our tea room, you’ll always find something delightful to accompany your coffee or dessert. In Frutal’s confectionery production, selected and exquisite sweets are crafted with great care and love every day of the week, using only the finest ingredients and best raw materials. In addition to rustic and semi-white bread, we bake many other delicious items for you every day. Pure spelt bread and gluten-free bread are also available. Our fine butter braided bread is offered in various sizes and shapes. For special occasions, our bakers also prepare oversized and custom-shaped loaves on request. We also bake a special party bread for you, consisting of multiple dough sections as desired, with or without seeds. Meringue Production Each year, we process 35,000 tons of sugar and 20,000 liters of egg whites into meringues. You can also visit our meringue production facility. The approximately one-hour tours are ideal for company events, clubs, group excursions, and more. For information and registration: Tel. 033 971 10 62. Duration: approx. 1 hour. From July to October, every Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m., we offer an experience for both guests and locals in cooperation with Haslital Tourism. Children and adults alike can register with Haslital Tourism to create their own meringues in the Frutal production facility. For information and registration: Tel. 033 971 10 62.     Excellent quality and truly delicious baked goods! Everything arrived fresh, carefully packed, and tasted like it came straight from a traditional Swiss bakery. The bread and pastries have that authentic homemade flavor that is becoming rare nowadays. Friendly service, reliable delivery, and great attention to detail. You can really feel the passion and craftsmanship behind FRUTAL Versandbäckerei. Highly recommended — I will definitely order again!

    Sehr schönes Café mit leckeren Kuchen und gutem Kaffee. Die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und freundlich. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass das Café kinderfreundlich ist. Es gibt einen Hochstuhl und einen Wickeltisch in einem separaten WC. Das war sehr praktisch für uns. Man kann auch draussen sitzen, sowohl vor dem Café als auch hinten im Gartenbereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

    Ich mag die Bäckerei und besonders den Hasli-Kuchen. Leider war ich schon mehrfach im Kaffee und bin nicht begeistert. Das Personal wirkt oft etwas demotiviert und wer gerne guten Kaffee hat wir hier enttäuscht.

    Ich bestellte letztens vier Haslikuchen. Die Anfrage per Mail wurde schnell beantwortet und der Auftrag sehr schnell versendet. Die Kuchen waren gut geschützt verpackt und kamen unversehrt bei mir an. Der Haslikuchen selber war ausgezeichnet und sehr empfehlenswert! Für Bäckerei Ware, kann ich eine Bestellung nur empfehlen! Gerne wieder.
