Since 2016, they have been taking guests on a culinary journey through the historic restaurant that broadens every horizon. Head chef Marc conjures up the flavours, sommelier Cynthia the matching wine. They both remain true to their motto: the menu features both regional products and those from all over the world. Exclusivity is a luxury these days. That's why every ingredient on your plate is carefully selected at "Aux Trois Amis". The surprise menus feature ingredients from all over the world in perfect harmony. High above Lake Biel, Marc will delight you with his haute cuisine, without a stiff collar.

    Wir profitierten bei unserem Besuch von stahlblauen Himmel und wunderbaren Temperaturen. Das Essen war wunderbar. Der Service gut und freundlich. Die Aussicht ist grandios! Ich (Chico), habe hier sogar einen eigenen Hausdrink! Wir verstehen den Unmut diverser Rezessionen mit negativer Bewertung. Die Gastgebenden haben sich aber mutig entschieden, diesen Weg zu gehen. Wer nicht reserviert hat und/oder nur etwas trinken will (z.Bsp. während der Wanderung) wird höflich abgewiesen. Auch möchten die Gastgebenden gerne das Surprise-Standartmenü verkaufen. Der Chef hat uns (da medizinisch leider notwendig) das Menü im Detail erklärt und unsere à la Carte Bestellung verstanden. Auch die Kritik an der Gastgeberin kann ich nachvollziehen. Sie leistet viel und kommt vielleicht an eigene Grenzen. Bei unserem Besuch brillierten die Herren im Service. Dieser Service und die Kochleistung verdient aus meiner Sicht die 5-Sterne! Verbesserungs-Tipp: Radio entfernen! Je nach Tisch-Standort ist der Radio unangenehm.

    Wunderbares Restaurant. Die Wirtin berät hervorragend, v.a. auch bezüglich Wein. Das Essen ist exzellent gekocht. Die Lage bei schönem Wetter atemberaubend mit Blick über den See. PERFEKT!

    Herzliche, aufgestellte Angestellte und ein traumhaftes 4 Gang Surprise Menu. Wir haben es sehr genossen und freuen uns, bald wieder mit Freunden zu gatieren!
