  Nous sommes heureux de notre séjour à l’hôtel Steinbock, le personnel est sympathique, souriant et très professionnel. Nous avons été accueilli de la meilleure des manières. Les chambres sont belles, très propres et silencieuses malgré la proximité de la rue. De plus, la pizzeria juste à côté est excellente, pizza sans gluten, j’étais ravie 😁

  Heute morgen das Frühstück, ab 7.00, wir waren 7.30 da. Es wurde nichts aufgefüllt, die Auswahl war sehr mickrig ! Der junge Mann, null Bock,wir sind öfters in Grindelwald, das war das schlechteste Frühstück was ich je hier gesehen -bekommen habe, sehr schade!

  Hi. We had dinner at the restaurant. Our server, Isabella was as amazing as the food. We love our experience and we’ll go back again.

  The hotel is a great place to stay in Grindelwald. I gave the location 4 only because we got there at the end of a long day of train travel and then pushed our suitcases 700 m to the hotel which included a couple of hills. The best part of its location is that it is right next to the cable car to First. So even though we only checked in at 4 pm we were able to go up to First, do the cliff walk and get back before the last cable car at 6. The staff were friendly and helpful providing ice and a power adapter. Without bags it is a pleasant 10 min walk to and from the station, or there is a bus stop 20m from the door (buses are free with the pass provided by the hotel). The breakfast was nice with a good array of food. There was a nice view from our room.

  Wir waren nur zum essen dort zu dritt. Leider versteht das Personal größtenteils kein deutsch nur Englisch. Die Speisen kamen nach einander so das einer schon fertig war als der letzte das Essen bekam. Die Zuganenwie Kartoffeln und Gemüse kamen auch später wie das Fleisch. Das Essen war ok. Alles nicht besonderes und der Service ok.
