  非常棒的住宿體驗！房間乾淨舒適，最喜歡房內的大落地窗，可以直接欣賞漂亮的山景真的很享受。 房內的 Mini Bar 提供很多樣的飲品，飯店設施也很完善，有健身房、洗衣房等，對旅行中的旅客來說非常方便。 早餐豐富而且美味，住客晚餐到飯店餐廳用餐還可以享有 10% 的優惠。飯店地理位置也很好，交通方便，前往附近景點都很輕鬆。 另外，退房時飯店還貼心地送了飲料，這個小細節讓人感覺很好。 整體住宿體驗非常滿意，無論房間、景色、設施、餐飲還是服務都很不錯，是一間會想再次入住的飯店！

  We had a wonderful stay at the Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort. What really made the hotel special was the amazing staff. A particular thank-you to Lexi, Simone, Benjamin, Bella, and Alicia, who helped make our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding—full, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The complimentary van service to and from the train station was extremely convenient and very much appreciated. Our room was very comfortable, and having a balcony overlooking the incredible Grindelwald surroundings made it even better. Beautiful hotel, terrific people, excellent breakfast and genuinely thoughtful service. An easy five stars from us.

  Nice unobstructed view of the Eigar from the apartment. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, in particular, Benjamin, who made all the arrangements to facilitate our check out and provide shuttle service to the train station.

  امانة الفندق جيد ونظيف ولكن للاسف الصور تختلف عن الواقع اختلاف شاسع ولايوجد تكييف كما ان الافطار جدا محدود ولايسمى افطار ابدا ، الغرف صغيره والاثاث اقل من عادي والصور الموجوده غير مطابقه للحقيقه ، اننتبهو ستصابون بصدمه عند رؤية المكان ،الاسعار مرتفعه جدا جدا

  The rooms on the second floor are close to the street and very noisy.and too small While the staff are friendly and welcoming, the hotel restaurant has a frustratingly large number of flies. Additionally, there were no slippers provided in the room; they expected us to buy them instead.To make matters worse, after we checked out, they charged an extra amount to my card. When I called to inquire, they claimed we had a booking for December and took the money for it—which is completely untrue, we had no such reservation. The receptionist did apologize and refunded the money, but honestly, this was my first and last time staying at this hotel."
