  Decent size room , no ac as many don't so you have to use a fan they provide you and open the balcony, where you,ll here car noises and people night lifing and bug's. Rooms are expensive due to demands but not Worth it for long stay.... Restaurant is flooded with bugs and Bees.... Intolerable 🫣

  Cannot say enough wonderful things about the Eiger Hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Even though it was hot, they provide an electric fan for each room. There is also a fridge in the room and complimentary mini bar they replenish daily. We had a balcony overlooking the Main Street and it was enjoyable to sit outside. Water pressure was excellent in the shower. Breakfast was great. The spa was enjoyable and the restaurant downstairs (Barry’s) was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

  Fantastic hotel, we found every staff member welcoming and friendly. The Panoramic Suite was amazing with all you could ask for (apart from AC, but this didn’t cause us a great issue leaving shutters down while we were out in the day and then blowing some cooler air in the evening). Location really close to the middle of the town and inside the garage had EV charging for a reasonable price which was good for us. Breakfast was high quality and had lots on offer. It was a happy accident that it was Swiss day while we stayed so got to see the torchlight and Trychel procession from our balcony, which was great. Thank you for helping make our time in Switzerland really special!

  Our stay at Eiger Resort was absolutely fantastic! The mountain views were breathtaking, our room was spotless and comfortable, and both the restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent. A special thank you to Antonia at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She helped us book our Grindelwald First tickets, made restaurant reservations, guided us around the area, and even assisted us with the laundry process. Her kindness and exceptional service truly stood out. We highly recommend Eiger Resort and can’t wait to return!

  We had an amazing stay at Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. What makes this hotel so special is that it's family-owned, and you can truly feel the difference. It was wonderful to see the owners, Daniel and Gisela, actively working alongside their team and personally interacting with guests. Gisela took the time to chat with us each day, offering great recommendations and sharing ideas for local activities, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Their passion and dedication are reflected in every aspect of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the location is excellent, and the mountain views are breathtaking. Thank you, Daniel, Gisela, and the entire team for your exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort to anyone visiting Grindelwald.
