  Disappointing Experience Despite a Promising First Impression My colleague and I were warmly welcomed upon arrival, but unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The restaurant is located in a busy, central, and touristy area of Bern. Its convenient location and welcoming atmosphere initially made a positive impression. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. I ordered a Four Seasons pizza, which turned out to be one of the strangest versions of this classic pizza I have ever encountered. The taste was just average. The service, however, was the most disappointing aspect of our visit. The middle-aged male waiter who served us was initially rather indifferent and later became quite rude. When we were preparing to leave, we asked him to pack the remaining pizza for takeaway. He visibly rolled his eyes and muttered something under his breath as he took the food away to be packed. It was quite obvious that he was unhappy with our request. We then had to wait some time before we could get his attention to ask for the bill. When it came time to pay, he presented the card machine with suggested tips of 5% or 10%. This was particularly surprising given the poor service we had received. Unlike in countries such as the United States, service is already included in restaurant prices in Switzerland. While customers may occasionally leave a tip to acknowledge particularly good service, tipping is entirely discretionary and should never feel like an expectation. To make matters worse, the waiter was unable to print a receipt from the card machine. Rather than replacing the paper roll, he simply informed us that there was no paper available to print one. Before leaving, I shared my concerns with another senior member of staff, who listened and assured me that the matter would be addressed with the waiter. I appreciated that response. Overall, what began as a pleasant visit ended in considerable disappointment. While the restaurant benefits from an excellent central location and a welcoming first impression, the mediocre food and, more importantly, the discourteous and unprofessional service made this an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

  المكان جداً جميل ورايق والخدمة ولا غلطة كانو متعاونين وودودين معانا وكان فيه عربي الله يعطيه العافيه ماقصر معانا هو اللي خدمنا. طلبنا رزتو بالفطر، نيوككي البطاطس بصلصة الريحان، بيتزا مارغريت. وكلهم كانو لذيذين جداً طبعاً اطباقهم راهيه يقدمو كميات كبيره ماشاءالله. لنا زياره من جديد وانصحكم تجربوه😍👏🏻

  Such an unwelcoming service...the service didn't bring my order even repeatedly asked ...they served other who came later than me....they didn't even notice at me....such restaurant service is below the mark than a small take away resturant.....u felt stupid myself...a pizza cost 19_.

  Gnocchi und Lasagne sind Fertigprodukte und benötigen nur 5min um serviert zu sein. Laden wird auch nicht von Italienern betrieben. Das Besteck ist sehr verschmutzt. Wenn man drin sitzt hört man von den Mitarbeitenden nur unschöne Worte für ein „seriöses Restaurant“. Beim Bezahlen kam dann der grösste schock. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir geben den genauen Betrag und der alte Kellner gibt das Rückgeld zurück und als wir rauslaufen sagt der Kellner „danke für das Trinkgeld“. Wie kann man so ein arrogantes, undankbares Stück sein. NIE WIEDER! Diesen Schuppen vermeiden.
