  Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal vor allem der Chef de Service war anscheinend total mit dem Aufbau der Tische und Stühle im Aussenbereich überfordert. Wir wollten eigentlich zu viert dort Essen aber da wir sehr unfreundlich angegangen wurden, sind wir weiter gezogen und sind in einer anderen freundlicheren Pizzeria eingekehrt. Ja so kann man als Mittarbeiter auch den Umsatz schmälern.

  Ordered 2 beers & a pizza mushroom for dinner! Pizza was 💯 and the prices was reasonable, coming from an asian 🫨

  We made the mistake of eating at this restaurant. The staff only spoke Italian-they didn’t speak English or German, which made communication very difficult. Another unpleasant surprise was that we were charged CHF 5.50 for a jug of tap water. In most places, tap water is free, and even in some areas of Switzerland where they charge for it because it’s served cold, the price is nowhere near this. The worst part happened when we went to pay. We paid in cash, and a waiter who hadn’t even served our table started asking us to leave a tip. We politely said no, but instead of respecting our decision, he began making faces and complaining about us in Italian because we didn’t tip. We explained that a tip should come from the customer only if they are satisfied with the service and genuinely want to leave one-which was obviously not the case for us. He kept insisting that he was right, but since he only spoke Italian, there was no real conversation to be had. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. If you’re a tourist looking for a good pizza, I would recommend choosing another restaurant. This place is simply not worth it.

  Ich habe Piccata Milanese bestellt. Leider war das eine Fleisch sehr durchzogen, was bei Piccata nicht der Fall sein sollte. Als der Kellner am Schluss fragte, wie das Essen war, sagte ich es ihm. Seine Reaktion war: nichts. Beim Hineingehen ins Restaurant wurde uns gesagt, wir müssen nichts bezahlen, wenn wir nicht zufrieden sind. Davon war dann keine Rede mehr.

  Went for dinner with a friend. Bärenplatz is always nice. The food we ordered was average and nothing to make a negative review about but the service was terrible. The head host with the beard is the most arrogant and rude person I have ever come across in the hospitality industry. Ridiculous. Our waiter was not arrogant but definitely rude. I wouldn’t ever return to this place. Terrible.
