  Ganz klar mein Lieblings-Outdoorladen in Bern und Umgebung! Ich habe für meine Wanderausrüstung viele Läden besucht – aber nirgends wurde ich so hervorragend und kompetent beraten wie im Mammut Store Bern. Am Ende habe ich meine Ausrüstung tatsächlich von Kopf bis Fuss hier zusammengestellt und bin mit jedem einzelnen Teil sehr glücklich. Die Beratung ist ausgezeichnet: angenehm unaufgeregt und mit viel Know-how und echtem Engagement. Das Verkaufsteam ist freundlich, aufgestellt und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich als Kundin einfach wohl und merkt sofort, dass hier Menschen arbeiten, die ihre Branche wirklich lieben. Besonders beraten wurde ich von Eliano – herzlichen Dank für die tolle Beratung! Man merkt sofort, dass er nicht einfach etwas verkaufen möchte, sondern wirklich darauf bedacht ist, das passende Produkt für die jeweilige Person und deren Bedürfnisse zu finden. Positiv überrascht hat mich auch, wie modern und designbewusst sich Mammut heute präsentiert. Ich hatte die Marke von früher als technische, klassische Outdoor-Marke im Kopf und finde es toll, wie stilvoll und modern sie inzwischen geworden ist – ohne ihre Outdoor-Wurzeln verloren zu haben. Hervorragende Qualität und hochwertige Materialien sind klar geblieben. Ich bin wirklich froh, dass es neben dem ganzen Onlinehandel noch solche kompetenten Fachgeschäfte mit persönlicher Beratung gibt. Eine tolle Beratung macht einfach einen riesigen Unterschied. Eine ganz grosse Empfehlung – ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne!

  I specifically purchased directly from Mammut's official website to avoid third-party logistical headaches, expecting the premium service you would normally associate with this brand. Instead, I received the absolute worst delivery and customer service experience I have ever encountered. Here is exactly how Mammut and their chosen courier handle online orders: Phantom Deliveries: The delivery company never once attempted to drop off my package. They blatantly lied and stated no one was home, which was completely false. Hostage Logistics: The courier actively blocked my ability to select a local pick-up point or change the delivery address. Now, they are threatening to return the product to the warehouse unless Mammut explicitly instructs them not to. Zero Customer Support: I clearly detailed this ongoing nightmare in a customer survey sent directly by Mammut. The response? Absolute radio silence. Not a single customer service agent has bothered to reach out, intervene, or offer a solution. If a company cannot be bothered to ensure their products actually reach the people who paid for them—and completely ignores customers when their shipping partners fail—they do not deserve your business. I will never purchase from Mammut again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to spend your money elsewhere. Save yourself the massive headache.
