Thanks to its unique design, the RAMPEX PRO dock bumper is ideal for loading docks with high loading frequency.
Patented Lamella System Its patented lamella structure allows trucks to be decelerated more smoothly at the loading dock. This protects both the truck bumpers and the building structure.
Movement Range up to ± 50 mm During loading, the trailer moves up and down. The dock bumper follows this movement vertically up to ± 50 mm, reducing damage to truck bumpers. In case of larger movements, the trailer glides along the steel plate.
Longer Service Life than Conventional Rubber Bumpers The front plate made of high quality steel ensures a significantly longer service life than conventional rubber bumpers with similar damping properties. The steel back plate provides secure mounting to the building. The recessed mounting protects the bolted connection.

Der Beginn des Auftrags war sehr positiv. Die neue Haustüre entspricht qualitativ meinen Erwartungen und die Monteure, welche die Türe eingebaut haben, arbeiteten sauber, freundlich und professionell. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich mit dem Auftrag sehr zufrieden.
Die Probleme begannen erst, weil die äussere Anschlussfuge aufgrund der tiefen Temperaturen nicht sofort ausgeführt werden konnte. Für diesen Nachbesserungstermin musste ich mehrfach nachfragen, bis die Arbeiten schliesslich erledigt wurden.
Leider wurde die Haustüre danach mit erheblichen Rückständen verschmutzt hinterlassen. Die Reinigung musste ich mit grossem Zeit- und Arbeitsaufwand selbst übernehmen. Eine Entschuldigung oder Unterstützung erhielt ich dafür nie.
Auch die Ausführung der Anschlussfuge enttäuscht mich. Statt die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten mit mir zu besprechen, wurde ohne Rücksprache ein heller, überstreichbarer Dichtstoff verwendet. Das Ergebnis passt optisch weder zur anthrazitfarbenen Haustüre noch zur Fassade. Nun muss ich zusätzlich einen Teil des Hausmauerwerks neu streichen, um wieder ein sauberes Gesamtbild zu erhalten.
Noch enttäuschender war der Umgang mit meiner Reklamation. In der Antwort wurde ausschliesslich erklärt, weshalb die Ausführung aus technischer Sicht in Ordnung sei. Auf die verschmutzte Haustüre, den zusätzlichen Reinigungsaufwand, die fehlende Beratung bezüglich der Fugenausführung und die dadurch entstandenen Folgekosten wurde praktisch nicht eingegangen. Auf mein zweites Schreiben erhielt ich überhaupt keine Antwort mehr.
Fehler können passieren. Entscheidend ist für mich, wie ein Unternehmen damit umgeht. Leider habe ich hier weder echtes Interesse an einer kundenorientierten Lösung noch die Bereitschaft erlebt, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
Schade, denn der Auftrag begann vielversprechend. Durch den Umgang mit den späteren Problemen wurde dieser insgesamt positive Eindruck jedoch vollständig zunichtegemacht. Aus diesem Grund kann ich das Unternehmen leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
