    Ich kann diese Augenarztpraxis absolut empfehlen! Die Augenärztin ist fachlich hervorragend und menschlich sehr sympathisch. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich jedoch das durchdachte Konzept der Praxis: ​Für Familien ist der Besuch total entspannt: Es gibt eine liebevoll gestaltete Spielecke, in der Kinder lesen, malen oder mit Legos und Autos spielen können. So vergeht die Zeit für die Kleinen wie im Flug. ​Auch an die Erwachsenen wird gedacht: Das Wartezimmer ist sehr angenehm gestaltet und man bekommt sogar Kaffee, Tee oder Wasser angeboten. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich als Gast und bestens betreut. Danke!

    Die Augenpraxis kann ich sehr empfehlen. Top Angestellte, auf meine Fragen bekam ich von der Ärztin kompetente Antworten. Komme nächstes Jahr gerne wieder für einen Check.

    Zeitnahe und professionelle Unterstützung. Zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr trat bei mir ein Augenproblem auf, mit dem ich nicht nochmals eine Woche warten konnte. Nach mehreren vergeblichen Anrufen bei meinem Augenarzt, Augenkliniken, Notfallnummern kam ich zu einer Augennotfallnummer und über diese kompetente Dame zu der Telefonnummer von Dr. Med. Zeleny. Ich wurde direkt mit Frau Doktor Zeleny verbunden, freundlich und unkompliziert bekam ich einen Termin für Nachmittags. Frau Dr. Zeleny hat meine Probleme/ Ängste ernst genommen, mich als Mensch wahrgenommen (nicht als Fall!) meine Augen untersucht und mir den Befund und das weitere Vorgehen verständlich erklärt. Dieser Arztbesuch war für mich ein positives Erlebnis, freundliche, kompetente und verständnisvoll! Ich werde weiterhin hierher zur Behandlung kommen, auch wenn es für mich nicht am Weg liegt. Danke vielmals.
