This store saved this 18 year Verizon customer from jumping ship.
The short story: my experience was that people at this store make you feel like you matter, add a personal touch and ensure that you get the best offers available.
The longer story: I had such a horrible experience with a different Verizon store (in OR) when I last upgraded my phone in 2022 that I was seriously contemplating switching to another provider when the term I was bound to expired in the fall of 2025.
Enter Devin S from this store in Yreka, who called me about a promotion to trade in my phone and pay less than I was paying before. Though I was skeptical, I went in to the store to entertain my options. After he walked me through my options, I jumped in to another 3 year term.
Unlike the Corporate store in OR, who, among other disappointments, let me leave the building with no cell service until I found wifi to connect my set up my new phone on my own, Devin spent a good amount of time setting up my new phone, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, Verizon (central, back office - not this store) managed to mess up the promotions and my billing, but Devin PROACTIVELY and tirelessly helped to sort out the issues on the billing side, through two billing cycles. I'd shop here again ;)

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE!!!!!!
If I could leave a zero star review I would have and this is the first time I have EVER left a review for anything. This store is an absolute joke. On October 27th 2025 I signed up for a business internet account. The total was around $60. They told me if I added a phone line to the service my total bill would be $74.95. So like any smart person I made some phone calls and asked some questions and it made sense for me to do so because it would cut my bill in half. So two days later I went in there and put my phone in that same plan. Got my first billing statement for the agreed upon $74.95. Awesome. Great. Fast forward to the next month and boom $285. Excuse me? I try to call the store and it’s impossible to get ahold of anybody in the store. I’ve put in 4 call back requests over the last 2 weeks and nothing. Verizon customer service can’t help because this store is a 3rd party dealer not a real Verizon, so Verizon cannot see there records on how they set up the plan. Fast forward a few more days and boom my bill is now $502. Of you don’t have time to fight back and forth for weeks on end DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE!!!
