I’ve spent two hours on a remote session with these guys and they didn’t resolve any of my issues and no one called me back. Very disappointed for $200 membership

I got a tv with Best Buy’s 5 year protection plan and it’s been a nightmare. Best Buy just talks about the manufacturers warranty and what the manufacturer says. The 5 year protection plan has no benefit whatsoever. Tv has needed parts 3 times in less than a year and they’re making me jump through hoops. Also the geek squad techs could just act like they care while on the clock.
