Walked straight up to the workers and told them, “Hey, I’m looking for a cover or a case for my laptop” and proceeded to hold up my laptop to them. Not one employee reached out to even look, but told me to get a 14 inch cover, and didn’t even help me look. I then proceeded to check out the PC parts, and again I received no help when attempting to buy a new GPU. Best Buy, please get your act together as me and my family will never be shopping here again at this location. Please don’t waste peoples time, and please train your employees better!
