MANY OTHER REVIEWS WITH THIS EXPERIENCE! I suggest you look for them and read them because they're true. It's been weeks and we still haven't received our blood work results. We kept being told a doctor would call us back and they haven't. We had to have our dog euthanized because she was suffering.... WEEKS. This place is horrid. We want our results NOW.
Edit: while writing this review I've been on hold for 20 minutes at 7:30am....

Place is a scam.....theyre friendly but will nickle and dime you also they seem to not really be interested in my dogs care......upwards of 200 for shaving and cleaning a wound......even if i have the care club to which i pay for monthly.......a local vet is cheaper and friendlier..........these people will try and take advantage of your emotions and use them to charge you a whole lot of money..for example they tried to bill me 1200 for a exam.....not worth it....dont buy into the care club thing as its a scam and it doesnt cover anything

my dog is sick and it is very emotional for me.Keiana at the front desk treated me so well. she answered my questions and really cared about my problems. I have been to clinics before and most times I get a blank stare and hassled attitude. keiana stood by me in a very tuff time. give her a promotion and raise

Friendly but didn't seem interested in treating my pet. Checked in early with no pets in lobby and was told switch over time from night to day so 3 hour or so wait because the doctor had to exam the pets already there. After an hour and a half of waiting in exam room I left took my pet elsewhere where she received fluids and a shot and got excellent care. They seemed not to want me to stay. When I left the lobby was full. How they are going to service all the pets is beyond me. They were closed down awhile back wonder if poor service and pet care had anything to do with it. I would try somewhere else before going to this place. Unfortunate because they are close by.
