I can be a very unpleasant person when stressed. I came to VCA a few years ago and was pissy about wait times gave them 1star .Because of this went to a different er for surgery when he developed his first tumor. they didn’t do a good job… VCA let me come back after being rude and leaving a nasty review as well as complaining though their customer service process.
I took my baby chappie here for a few surgeries over the couple years he had cancer. They removed one from his back his face and eventually had to amputate his right arm. He was able to become cancer free and surgery’s went successfully.
He didn’t live long after and passed suddenly. I was able to take him to VCA to have him cremated. The team hand wrote me a condolence letter and it was needed. I’ve never lost a friend like that and they were calming through the process even when I got aggressive. Pet ERs can feel like a sales process. I felt comfortable and given options thought his treatments that didn’t make me feel pressured.
One of the last photos of my baby taken the day before he passed.
Thanks for treating cat.

We got a massive shock this year when our 3 year old cat was suddenly diagnosed with aggressive lymphoma. We started treatments with Dr Jeon and were under VCA’s care until August. Dr Jeon and the staff were beyond kind in every way. He would literally find us as we were about to leave the parking lot when he had thought of another idea we could try for treatments. That’s how dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate the entire team was. While we unfortunately lost her in August because the lymphoma was extremely aggressive and resistant, Dr Jeon did literally everything possible and gave us 6 precious months with her against all odds. I think of the VCA team every day, and I am so grateful for everything they do. As someone that sat weekly in that lobby for 1-3 hours during treatments, I saw countless other cases enter and witnessed the care and expertise VCA had with every one of them. I am forever grateful to them. During her 6 month battle with cancer we were in numerous vet offices, and of all of them, VCA was by far the most supportive, understanding, and truly incredible.

MANY OTHER REVIEWS WITH THIS EXPERIENCE! I suggest you look for them and read them because they're true. It's been weeks and we still haven't received our blood work results. We kept being told a doctor would call us back and they haven't. We had to have our dog euthanized because she was suffering.... WEEKS. This place is horrid. We want our results NOW.
Edit: while writing this review I've been on hold for 20 minutes at 7:30am....

Place is a scam.....theyre friendly but will nickle and dime you also they seem to not really be interested in my dogs care......upwards of 200 for shaving and cleaning a wound......even if i have the care club to which i pay for monthly.......a local vet is cheaper and friendlier..........these people will try and take advantage of your emotions and use them to charge you a whole lot of money..for example they tried to bill me 1200 for a exam.....not worth it....dont buy into the care club thing as its a scam and it doesnt cover anything
