  I came to this store and found a really great deal on a phone with an unlimited plan. The person who helped me was really awesome and helped me order the phone I wanted. There were some issues activating the plan I had bought when it had finally arrived. I understand that it was no fault of theirs and the store owner even called me the next day to update me that they're still having issue getting the activation to go through but they will try to get it resolved quickly. However, I haven't heard any updates since then and I even came to the store once again to try to get this resolved, but left due to the long wait time. I also called the customer service line to try to resolve the issue, but the representative was not able to find my plan or the sim card I had. I ended up having to purchase a different plan online from Total by Verizon (on top of the one I already paid for at the store) to finally get the phone activated. I like the people who work at this store, but I'm disappointed with Total by Verizon for their lack of support on issues like this and the frustration I had to go through to finally get this phone working and activated.
