- RDRyo DeGuzmanJun 14, 20251.0My girlfriend was inappropriately texted my an employee whose name is Angel, who also told me he was the district manager. After my girlfriend went to get help with her phone, she received a text message from a random phone number a couple hours later saying "Hey my names Angel, from cricket I thought you were cute so I wrote your number down" which is totally unacceptable as this is a complete invasion of her privacy as these companies are not supposed to use info for personal reasons let alone one like this which is inappropriate. My girlfriend also asked for his age in which he said "20" while my girlfriend told him she is 17 and has a boyfriend in which Angel responded "oops but he don't have to find out tho" This is all totally unacceptable I have already contacted customers services and have screenshots of his messages as evidence along with the calls I made too. Again, totally unacceptable, unprofessional, disgusting, and flat out disrespectful.
