  Shady employees taking product making us wait even thought we waited outside for hours and helping other people. Management is a joke

  Going here for customer service is rough. You can't get any info unless you speak to someone in person - but after you leave they'll gaslight you, be unresponsive and when you finally get a hold of someone on the phone (but requested the manager, Steven) - they're standoffish as to why you're calling for updates on a status - and then they'll rush you off the phone to claim they'll follow up. Not a pleasant experience and still waiting for updates from 'Carmen'. This all started bc of Best Buy's system glitch claiming that I couldn't trade in a Mac because it was on recall, but after talking to apple, it was in fact not on recall. if you have to run in and buy something you have in stock, this is a good place for that - but customer service and even escalated tickets & support followup...., 0/10 recommend.

  I usually recomend best buy to my customers and friends. Mostly I get a five star service when I go here. This last visit to the best buy in westminster was a huge disappointment, the staff was not friendly nor helpful. It seemed like waiting on myself and my customer was a chore for them. Ultimately we made our purchase at Lowes which provided us with the service expected. I am in great hopes that the service and attitude of the staff improves at this store or they will lose my business permanently.

  My first time at this particular BB - Two blue shirted employees doing nothing at the cell phone counter don't even acknowledge me standing there until I asked for someone's attention. I had a $1,000 purchase and a cell phone trade in. I asked for a data transfer and they said that I have to purchase a membership plan to do that and that they never were allowed to do data transfers. Well, I have been purchasing phones there for longer than the girl at the cell counter had been alive, BB always did that for me. They were also NOT busy at all, they could have done it to save the $1,000 sale. I couldn't very well purchase a new phone without my data being transferred. So, I went to a different store and they set me up beautifully.

  Writing this review because of Steve. He helped me the other night. As I was about to walk out the door. He was doing his due diligence asking what i was looking for. I can tell he works hard and is thoughtful. I answered and he said he can do that. Coms his coworkers to check the backrooms and he came in clutch doing so. As I was waiting in line he checked up on me making sure my item was definitely coming to the register to me from another coworker. He's straight forward and quick making sure I wasn't idling too long at the register. I appreciate him and his coworkers for helping. Thanks Steve and great teamwork!
