Debemos tener cuidado con nuestras garantías, acudi con mi teléfono por q estaba fallando, el joven que me atendió desde un principio me dijo que el teléfono no tenía nada a lo cual yo le dije que tenia una garantía y que por lo tanto debía cambiarlo de mala manera hizo el proceso y al terminar me dijo que tenía que regresar el teléfono dañado, el teléfono nuevo llego pero no había ningún código para regresar el dañado, acudir a la tienda y me dijeron que llegaría por correo electrónico, nunca llego nada, me di cuenta que best buy había cobrado el teléfono a un precio original cuando en otras tiendas esta en una cuarta parte del costo, he tratado de resolver esto, pero nadie hace nada por ayudarme. Soy cliente de muchos años y no estoy en desacuerdo en pagar aunque deberían dejar q yo regrese el teléfono dañado ya que fue un error de ellos.

They had an early black friday deal on a OLED LG TV that was too good to pass up. I didn't spend much time inside the store. I did an online order with curbside pickup close to closing time. They had the order ready quick and before the estimated time. The gentleman helped me load it into my car as well which was very nice. I had a good experience with this best buy.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered a speaker, and the status shows “delivered,” but I have not received it. I contacted customer service to find a solution and requested a replacement, but the replacement order was canceled with the explanation that the carrier confirmed the package was dropped off at my address. However, when I checked the tracking information, there was no tracking number available, and I have no idea where the carrier actually left my order.
The order was only around $100, but as a student, I had to save up for a week to buy it. I was really excited to get a new speaker, but now I’m left with a very disappointing experience.

All the employees are super nice and helpful. I hope Best Buy is around forever. I feel like their mini cameras attached to the displays can see every camel toe in the world. So good for them. I wouldn't wear a skirt in there.
