No one could give me a clear answer. After this visit, I switched providers. No more Verizon — thank goodness.

When I went to upgrade my phone, I was promised a number of free items (wireless charger and power bank) for being a business customer. I found out later that they had, in fact, charged me for those items while in-store. Make sure you pour over your contract/receipt with a fine tooth comb. I HIGHLY recommend going to a regular Verizon store instead of Victra.
