Flirty co workers. I don’t know what the policy is for Work romances but it was really uncomfortable. I had gotten a christmas gift I wanted to return and as i was returning them a really short girl was being flirty with the dude that was helping me out. I felt like I was in between their conversation. I don’t know if i’d ever return again especially after an awkward encounter.

I always have a great experience at this Best Buy location. It’s never crowded, which makes shopping stress-free, and the free underground garage parking is such a bonus—especially on rainy days. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. Today, Gaby from Meta went above and beyond. She was so sweet and patient, and really took her time to help me make the right choice for a gift.
I truly appreciated her care and attention. Highly recommend this location!

Needed to make a visit to get my Apple Watch fixed. I don’t currently have a car so I traveled there on my Hiboy scooter I bought from them a few months ago. I was stopped at the entrance and told I could not enter with the, even I was going to customer service to get assistance for my watch.
This Best Buy store sucks and it seems like they go the extra mile to make things more difficult for customers. Never had so many bad experiences in a Best Buy before. They are very discriminatory in the way of following guidelines. Shame
