  All the people in PC department were very helpful. Manager Laurie very rude & has poor attitude. Laughed at me when I mentioned another location allowed me to look up spouses card as auth’d user on numerous occasions.

  They do not stand behind the products they sell. My Roborock stopped functioning the week before the warranty was up. I made an appointment to bring it in the next week. I was told they couldn't service it because it was past the warranty date. I will no longer purchase anything from Best Buy. Costco is going to get all my future business. At least Costco stands behind the products that they sell.

  Omg, the manager in the pick up area was on point, and I pointed her out as a manager immediately, not because she avoided me or did something wrong. She walked over, quickly observed what was going on and immediately offered to help me. I was next in line and I had just walked up. I was not in a rush. To the management team - this was a good hire. She said, "I hate to see people waiting". She had a great attitude and it totally countered a previous horrible situation years ago at a different Best Buy. My personal boycott is over because of her, and I'm looking for an 80" Samsung so I'll be back soon. ...oh and thank you for having my Samsung 4 ear buds 2 days before they were released too.
