  No one was answering the phone after several attempts. So I went to the store in person. When I got there there was no one in line and only one person behind the counter. He saw my daughter and I standing there but didn’t even take the time to acknowledge us even though he looked unoccupied. After walking right past us a few times I stopped him and asked if they were working. I then asked him for what I needed and he gave me a timeline and price that didn’t work for me so we ended up leaving and going to MobileFixx in the mall. Got the same work for half the price and around the same timeline. He couldn’t do much about price and timeline but Customer service was horrible here. I won’t be going back
