  Went inside to do a return, was denied because their “system was down” then was told it was too many orders (2 orders btw) then was told too many items per order after suggesting only returning 1 order. Online reps are telling me return instore, instore is telling me return online. Makes sense….

  Employees were incredibly helpful when we bought a new TV. Their knowledge and lack of being pushy about anything was thoroughly appreciated. We ended up getting a TV, soundbar, and Govee lights that are a better experience watching than any movie theater! Thank you to the Best Buy staff for the excellent service.

  Every time I come into this Best Buy I have a horrible experience. The lack of customer service is insane. I have came in multiple times to replace my screen protector and multiple times staff have placed the incorrect screen protector on my phone. I paid for life time warranty for my screen protector to be replaced and was told it will not cost me $9 to replace it every time now. The store also always had a musty smell and I can not be in there for very long due to it. This is the only Best Buy that I always have a horrible experience with. Please avoid to Best Buy and go to a different one.

  Demi-helpful. The host was wonderful and knowledgeable. She got what I needed done in the last 10 min of the store being open than when I came in hours prior and some male just made excuses at Store Pickup. My item was originally supposed to be ready in an hour. It was then going to be the next day. I know better to cancel my item and just purchase it flat-out if store pickup quotes are inaccurate. Cyber Monday isn't an excuse to not pick items that were promised same day. Management should schedule the right amount of people needed for business that day and divert hours where needed in the week. It's better to suffer slightly throughout a weekday rather than not fulfill customers needs on a day like Cyber Monday. I know there's more that goes on behind the scenes (worked for the company myself). I just didn't like the excuses the store pickup guy was making. He was trying to justify the companies failure to pick my item on time. It was silly. But again, closing host IS A ROCKSTAR!
