    What a waste of my time! They have been giving the runaround with the Seitch 2 Joycons. Item was purchased this past November and about a month later I came back with a no responding jog on issue. Their fix was, put in a work order for new ones. Here I am over a month later, keep getting sent the wrong controllers because they don’t have the part. When calling the 1800 phone number they tell me the store should be fixing this matter. The store basically says, it’s been two months since the purchase so I can’t return the item. I bought the extended warranty so I can only send the console for repairs and not the joy cons since they are considered accessories. The whole “If we can’t fix the issue you can’t just get a new one is BS!” All they offered was keep ordering the joy cons until I get the right part. Never buying from this Best Buy again, Pasadena has much better costumer service but in all honesty, I’m considering BBuy as a whole as not an option for our family. The Geek Squad Manager is a lady that won’t even show her freaking face to acknowledge you are there. Do better Best Buy!!

    To start with i had to return a laptop that didnt have it's components installed properly. Then I was almost told I had to get something there if I wanted my money back. Then I looked for a 3.0 usbc cord. I looked for over an hour. And all the employees just watched and avoided me. Even when I asked for help, I was given little more than an annoying gestures or outright disdain. When I finally found the cord, I was told they didnt have. The box was damaged and I had to double check it was correct and worked before I left. Never going back to this best buy.

    I just wanted to give a huge compliment to CHRIS in the GEEK SQUAD for helping me with my iPhone 14 ProMax. It was around 8:30pm when my phone suddenly froze and would not do anything. I could hear calls and text messages coming in but my screen was frozen so I could answer th calls nor respond to any messages. I tried restarting my phone but nothing worked. So I hurried up and drove to the West Covina Mall to see if anyone at TMobile could help my but the mall had already closed at 8pm. So now it’s already 8:45pm and I noticed that Best Buy was still open and I make it inside before they closed at 9pm. Within a few minutes, CHRIS in the GEEK SQUAD, was able to get my phone to restart. It might not seem like it was a big deal to most people, but for me it was huge. Meaning, I didn’t have to wait until the next day to have my phone issue resolved. Once again, Thank you CHRIS, you are a life saver. lol

    I went into this store a couple of weeks ago to shop for a new TV for my living room. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the LG representative in the home theatre section. I spoke with him about my requirements for my new TV which included a sub $1,500 price tag and a TV stand as the walls in my home aren’t fit to mount a 65 inch+ TV. He quickly pulled me from the Samsung section and recommended the LG C5 open box that they had. I asked specifically if it came with a stand and he explained that it came with the center-mounted stand which was perfect for what I needed. He told me the TV was “like new” and that the customer only returned it because he said it was “too bright” which I thought was strange considering OLED screens typically lack in peak brightness. Nonetheless, I took his word for it and purchased the TV then and there. I opted for the home delivery service which had me wait about a week for it to get delivered (not by fault of Best Buy) and upon arrival, not only did the TV not come with a remote and power cables, it also lacked the one thing that I needed the most.. a stand. I called customer service and I was given the run-around. I was told nothing can be done because it was open-box which is understandable in some situations but I was specifically told that this open box had a stand. The only solution I can think of at this point is to return it and hope there’s a delivery service that can take it back to Best Buy so I can spend more money and purchase a non open box model. This is extremely disappointing because up until a few days ago Best Buy was my all-time favorite store to shop at.
