    Hire more technicians and put 2 separate queues, one for appointments and one for walk ins. Terrible business decision to mix queues, a 2 hour wait time is ridiculous for a multi billion dollar corporation. Absolutely ridiculous. Technicians standing around, not helping.

    I had a pretty disappointing experience at the Apple Broadway store in Walnut Creek. I bought an iPhone using a friends-and-family discount, but when I got home, I found the box was damaged. I went back the next day to get it swapped out, and they told me I'd have to buy a new phone at full price without the discount. In other words, I'd lose the $135 discount I initially had, effectively paying that difference just to fix their mistake. On top of that, the manager, Melissa, was quite rude about the whole situation, which made the experience even worse. Definitely not the level of service I'd expect from Apple.

    A Disappointing Experience for a Loyal Customer I’ve always been a dedicated Apple customer, but my recent experience at this Apple Store was deeply disappointing. I went in to return a gift that had been purchased for me, and I had the gift receipt in hand. I expected a simple return process and hoped to receive store credit or a gift card so I could pick something else out. Instead, the associate immediately refunded the money back to the original credit card of the person who gave me the gift. This was not what I wanted at all. When I explained that I didn’t want the original giver to know I’d returned the gift—and that I would have preferred a gift card to choose another item—the store staff were completely unhelpful. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I’d have to let my friend know about the refund myself. This not only ruined the surprise but also showed a complete lack of flexibility or consideration for a loyal Apple customer like myself. As someone who uses Apple products extensively—my husband and I have a home full of Apple devices—this experience really left a sour taste. I expected much better customer service and more understanding from a brand that prides itself on customer experience. Unfortunately, this store fell short.

    Absolutely 100% satisfaction with the service, expeditious service, provided by Juan. Quite frazzled by a frozen iPhone I arrived without reservations, (how do you make reservation without a working phone?) An assistive device and a little dog. In in tow. Immediately Juan took care of the problem by doing a hard reset. iPhone resurrected. Thank you so much.

    Honestly, this was the worst Apple Store experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been using Apple products for decades and have always appreciated the professionalism in Apple stores. I came in to pick up a phone I had ordered, expecting the same, but was met with condescending behavior from not just one, but two employees right from the moment I walked in. That’s not normal, and it’s definitely not the Apple standard I’ve known for years. To make things worse, there were no demos available for the Apple Vision Pro, something I had specifically hoped to show my son. When I asked about it, I was brushed off rather curtly, which just added to the disappointment. On a positive note, I did have a good conversation with the store manager, Shah, who was at least willing to listen and handle the situation calmly. I appreciated that part. But overall, the experience left a really bad impression. I won’t be visiting this store again.
