The problem was acknowledged, yet nothing was properly repaired or resolved. For a company that prides itself on “premium service,” this experience was anything but. I spent time scheduling, showing up, and explaining the issue multiple times, only to leave with the same broken phone and zero accountability. Very disappointing experience from a company that charges premium prices but doesn’t stand behind their products when something goes wrong. I expected much better from Apple.

Came in for a battery replacement, drove 30 min out here and arrived early, only to be told they can’t replace my battery bc they don’t have enough technicians. Options to leave overnight or come the next day with no guarantee again. What was upsetting was the way the manager spoke - didn’t treat the situation with any sense of empathy, rather tone-deaf disregard. Not even a sorry. Very disappointing customer experience.

I’m sure they don't need my $100 dollars and they make sure you know that.
- ADA DudeDec 28, 20251.0At high hopes after reading some reviews. Arrived because I saw the iPad a16 had dropped in price to 299. Arriving there I was met with nothing but chaos, two different workers couldn't help me, directed me to the supposed front when the front and the back look identical. Third guy basically said nope they're not $299 there are 349 take it or leave it unless I can show him a price to match it. I pulled up Amazon, he said oh that's not Apple. I said fine I'll go look for it, he wandered off. Fourth guy comes up to me asked me the same thing, I show him Costco has it for $299 and Amazon has it for $299. Guy says he can't match the price but he can drop it down too 314. I reluctantly agreed, still took 20 minutes to get the damn thing out of the back. 2 hours later I'm home, mind you now I'm at least an hour away from this place. Walk in and hit with the revelation at the Amazon price came from the Amazon Apple store, clicked on it and yep the Amazon Apple store had it for $299.... Walnut Creek Apple just absolutely sucks, no help and near charlatans
