  I've only had good experiences at this Apple store! Whether it's picking up an order or seeing someone at the Genius Bar, I always feel extremely welcome. Sometimes my estimates for trade in are lower on the Apple website versus when I come in with an older device, making the visit extra worthwhile! Picking up orders is also extremely easy, and any time you may spend waiting can be spent in one of their comfortable chairs or talking to a sales associate, who are always lovely to speak to!

  Came to this location since the one near me did not have the pieces that were needed for my phone to be repaired, and although there was hiccups here and there through the two day process in my case the staff was amazing. I appreciate how transparent the staff was while explaining every process or delay and the alternatives that were given to me as well. Thank you Apple Walnut Creek!

  My dad went to the apple store yesterday and didn't receive good service. My dad. Bought my stepmom an iphone 16 , and my stepmom does not remember her apple id password. They just said that they'll send him an email.And he could go from there , mind you , my dad is 70 years old technology and patience is not his thing, and i'm not there to help him physically. The customer service that they provided was terrible. Whatever happened to the extra mile for a customer , especially in elderly one.

  Apple keeps iMessage exclusive to Apple hardware. That decision blocks full integration with Windows PCs. There are no official developer hooks that allow third parties to sync full conversations, media, or proper group chats. So users get a watered down experiance. Android integration shows the technical side works. Apple just refuses to open it. If you use an iPhone with Windows, you quickly see the limits. Message history is incomplete and media barely syncs. That happens because Apple does not allow system level access to iMessage. Microsoft cannot build what Apple does not permit. It is a closed ecosystem strategy, not a tech problem.

  The Digital Crown on my Apple Watch Ultra 3 is unquestionably loose, and the watch is still under warranty. When I asked to speak with the manager, Davina, she immediately dismissed my concern and began questioning me about the purchase of the watch. Her tone and approach felt discriminatory and dismissive, completely disregarding the fact that my device is still within its valid warranty period. I found this interaction both disrespectful and unprofessional. I intend to file a formal complaint with Apple Corporate to ensure that future customers are treated with fairness and respect when seeking legitimate warranty support.
