  Alex took really good care of us. She was very thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and attending my elderly grandparents. We managed to upgrade 2 phones and do data transfers right before they closed. Thank you!!

  No one was willing to help, assist, or guide us. We walked in from the back entrance (Door #2) and stood there for a while, expecting that someone might come over and ask if we needed help, but no one did. Eventually, we walked to the front where there were crowds of people, but it was nearly impossible to tell who actually worked there. Everyone looked like they were just shopping. So we gave up and decided to do our shopping online—unfortunately still choosing pickup at the same store. That turned out to be a mistake. To make a long story short, the person who eventually helped us made us feel like we weren’t “cool enough” or “hippie enough” to shop in what felt more like a coffee-shop-style boutique than a welcoming retail store.

  On March 10, 2026, my husband and I visited the Apple Broadway Plaza. We had stopped by the week before to research a phone for me and a laptop for my husband, so we returned ready to buy both, but needed a little bit more information and advice. Unfortunately, the level of service we experienced was very disappointing and far below what you'd expect from a premium brand. It was hard to find a sales associate willing to help us. When we finally did, the employee responded to our questions with very brief answers and showed little interest in assisting us. I ended up choosing the phone model myself. After I told him which one I wanted, he simply tapped on his device without explaining anything. Even though I mentioned that I was switching from Android to iOS, he didn’t offer any guidance or ask if I needed help setting up the phone. He just handed me the device in the box without a bag and said goodbye, despite knowing that my husband was planning to buy a laptop as well. Meanwhile, my husband had to keep searching the store for someone to answer his questions about computer specs. Each time, he received a short answer, and the associate would walk away instead of continuing to help. In the end, my husband ordered his laptop online from home and compared all the technical specs himself because in-store help was basically nonexistent. To be fair, when I was choosing a phone case, I met one friendly and polite employee who was genuinely helpful. I appreciate his professionalism and attitude — he was the only person who made us feel like customers rather than an inconvenience. The experience was quite surprising and disappointing for a store representing such a well-known brand.

  I've only had good experiences at this Apple store! Whether it's picking up an order or seeing someone at the Genius Bar, I always feel extremely welcome. Sometimes my estimates for trade in are lower on the Apple website versus when I come in with an older device, making the visit extra worthwhile! Picking up orders is also extremely easy, and any time you may spend waiting can be spent in one of their comfortable chairs or talking to a sales associate, who are always lovely to speak to!
