I waited for over 30 minutes without even being acknowledged while the customer service rep helped another customer with a return. I have no problem with waiting to get a new phone, I understand it takes time, but I tried to make eye contact with the employee and she would just look away. A simple "be with you soon" would have been nice. Never will go to this store again despite it being close and convenient.
