    I haven't had service in months and the reps throw you around if you lag five seconds at all (sometimes). I've reset, troubleshot, just about everything. Nothing. I have no service when I am not on wifi, regardless of where I am. If I can rely on anything, it's that my verizon wireless cellphone will NOT work anywhere outside of home.

    I have been with Verizon for 27 years. We went into this location on June 20, 2025 to upgrade my father‘s iPad and we walked away with all these extra charges that we didn’t know about nor did we authorize nor request. For example a home protection plan as well as Disney plus. Those were things that we would never ever have chosen to purchase. No mention from Verizon staff, just snuck that in. Beware of this location. Verizon mentioned that retail Verizon locations will do this to increase there revenue flow. Sounds like fraud to me.

    Every time I go in there for something to pay my bill or need help with my phone, they're always very helpful.And help you i got a new phone from there's things that I had to figure out.And they helped me with it

    Was having problems with random pop-ups! Anti-virus and malware. The representative was very helpful and patient. Wish I would have got her name. She completely fixed my problem!
