- CCChrisFeb 1, 20261.0I came in to return my home hot spot and the thin lanky brunette told me they couldn't help me with that, that I had to call customer service and it takes a few days for the cancellation to go through. I notified her I've worked for telecommunication companies and I know I can return it there. After pressing her for assistance she went up to management and came back to help connect me to customer service finally. She was still adamant I had to return it via mail. I decided to stay and finish my call in the store and customer service confirmed they were able to cancel it same day and I was able to return it to the store. Employees here only care if they're adding to your account to hit their monthly quota. Her level of laziness and assumption that I was going to take her lies as fact was wild to witness in person.

I've reset, troubleshot, just about everything. Nothing. I have no service when I am not on wifi, regardless of where I am. If I can rely on anything, it's that my verizon wireless cellphone will NOT work anywhere outside of home.

We went into this location on June 20, 2025 to upgrade my father‘s iPad and we walked away with all these extra charges that we didn’t know about nor did we authorize nor request. For example a home protection plan as well as Disney plus. Those were things that we would never ever have chosen to purchase. No mention from Verizon staff, just snuck that in. Beware of this location. Verizon mentioned that retail Verizon locations will do this to increase there revenue flow. Sounds like fraud to me.
