I walked in and was greeted and said they'll be with me in a min. They were standing at a table helping a family of 3. So I figured I'll give them some time since he's busy and just sat at a table. Maybe 20 mins later Brandon came up to me and said he's new and asked why I was there and put me down in the queue to be seen next. While sitting there waiting I saw the manager now just standing at the register not talking to the family he was helping and just talking to Brandon and just looking at his phone laughing. He didn't have his work tablet that they usually use, he could've at least look like he was working on something. I thought since he's been standing there not engaging with the family why couldn't he multitask and come and start helping me? Another 23 mins go by and still never approached me himself when obviously he had plenty of time if he was just standing there talking and laughing with Brandon. Finally Brandon comes to me and says it's going to be a little longer. I just said I'm good I waited long enough. These youngsters just lack work ethic.
