- SWStacey WalterJul 23, 20251.0If you purchase something from Best Buy and setup delivery and installation, there is no way to speak to a human being in the Geek Squad department or the store itself to ask questions. All you get is AI recording. They are supposed to contact you the day before but do not. I was called the morning of the scheduled installation to tell me they don't have the product so they won't be coming. They pushed the appointment a week. Won't be doing this again.

- AMAlex MeleroMay 30, 20222.0Took my laptop in almost a month and a half ago now for a simple keyboard fix. Was told geek squad fix’s everything and you can’t pick and choose what to fix, okay fine. A months goes by I’m told my laptop is done, come to find out who ever “fixed” my laptop the first time decided not to and then used tape to cover up the faulty repair (they lied). Geek squad caught it in time and sent it back. Now last week or so, I finally received my laptop back, I LITERALLY PLAYED A GAME FOR LESS THAN A HOUR BEFORE MY LAPTOP COMPLETELY SHUTOFF. It will not turn back on, so of course I had to take it back to geek squad for another possible month wait. I bought my laptop for $2000 back in 2019, and because it’s apparently to old, geek squad doesn’t want to replace MY property that THEY ruined. Literally, Geek Squad destroyed my last vacation destress plans before I graduate college. Now I did receive help from a great employee who really tried to help me out and get me a replacement for my laptop however his company didn’t agree. That employee is the only reason why I’m giving 2 stars. Other than that Geek Squad has lost my business.
