- ASAnne ShirleyFeb 11, 20261.0Went in to upgrade my phone the employee informed me that cricket required insurance, I told her I dont buy the insurance. Today, about 2 weeks later got notification that i had been enrolled in the protection plan. What?!! Beware folks, be very careful and aware.

I was greeted by Daniela who knew she wasn’t gonna make a sale but still informed me of the plans. 30 mins later I walked out with a new plan and no longer with AT&T. Her customer service was exceptional, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and her sales skills on point. Thanks to her I am now a happy cricket customer. Thank you Daniela!
