I was in the store on Monday 23, 2015 and wanted to upgrade to the 4G which is 79.99 but can be purchased for 4.99 which is the tax on it. The sales person [CASSIE] told me they were out of them and so were ALL the other stores in Visalia. The only store that has them was Farmersville.....immediatley I was Irritated because how can that be true...no one does Business like that. I was not about to drive to Farmersville so I called the store on Noble....well guess what they have the phone I needed in stock! These fools are IDIOTS AND LIARS...I will tell everybody I know NOT to Patronize this store because they are NOT about good customer service OR GOOD BUSINESS! I rate them minus Zero on the rating scale!
