I think they should of help us by going to my car see if I’m there but no they made me to do it my self so I went , and they said that’s the policy of course I was not going to complain about it in front of my daughter so I decided to ad my review here so they can improve the customer service at the time of picking up and item, because it was not a free item I paid almost 400 for it;.. they could of make an exception and to to my car.. now my feet hurts more because of stepping on a cold weather.
