  I switched from Metro PCS to Cricket after my phone (One Plus) shattered once it slid out of my hand onto the bathroom floor. They had a great deal where I got a Samsung A02 basically for free, and got approved for the Lifeline credit. So I now only pay $13 per month for my 60GB per month service! I also got a 1 year Sam's Club Membership and a subscription to HBO Max. 2-3 weeks later, my videos are coming out half normal and half high-contrast pink and green. I should have begun a warranty order at that time. I had to go out of state, so I couldn't waste any time on it. About 4 - 5 weeks later, the phone caught fire while charging. I walked over about 3 times to get assistance and they never mentioned warranty, until the third visit and it was too late to do by that time. So now I have to pay the deductible to get a phone. The problem is I don't have internet at home and it felt like they were too busy to help me and didn't want to deal with the hassle of assisting me. I tried to switch back to Metro PCS but I don't have >$80 to waste right now. They just need better customer service to existing customers. I suggest getting an actual laptop in there where they can show customers where to find things on the website and can submit claims/etc.

  The lady was very helpful , I needed a pertection glass on my phone , she helped then i needed a perectioncover so that if i drop my phone it wont break , after i was done she help my son the same way , very curtiiose good stor to buy from
