I had done this to double check my item was ready for pick up,since the items are pre order the representative had informed me my item is ready to pick up and that there would be no issue. Then drove 1.5 hours one way to the store all excited to get my pre order and was informed I cant pick up my item someone and that someone must have gave me the wrong information. This is very unprofessional as I had to take time and drive out of my way for no reason at all. Now I have to come back again and drive a total of 3 hours again because of someone's inadequate knowledge. This is so ridiculous that I will most likely not ever order from here again as this is not the first time this has happened.
