The store employees should learn to provide better customer service. ] terrible service I went for a phone exchange that they gave me that was defective that is not a problem the problem is that I went to exchange it the employee told me that I could not exchange it because the phone has no physical damage I left I called Verizon customer service they told me if they should exchange it they left a message in the system I go back to the store they tell me that if they exchange it they will send to order the phone arrives I go to the store for the exchange they tell me that the store policy says that if I do not bring the box I have to pay 90 dollars for the box I explain that the employee did not tell me that the day we requested the exchange and they do not have the return policies visible to know what to do next it turns out that I owe 90 for a basic box because it is my fault even though the employee has not told me anything or they do not have the store policies visible sad for more one less customer for Verizon (8 lines) THEY SHOULD HAVE THE STORE POLICIES VISIBLE SO THAT CUSTOMERS DO NOT FEEL DECEIVED
