    I am writing to leave a review about my experience with the representative Lamar at this location. I have never felt more misled or pressured by a sales representative. It was clear he was focused on making a sale rather than being honest and helpful. After purchasing three Apple products from this store (a phone, iPad, and watch), he earned his commission, but several things he told me turned out to be false. He promised to waive activation fees and gave inaccurate information about my bill, but those promises were not kept. From the beginning, the staff openly talked about meeting monthly quotas and treated sales like a game, which felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. He told me he would be going on his lunch break when I came back and said he would greet me afterward, but instead he completely disregarded me when I returned. When he did help me, he was visibly upset about missing his lunch break and told me I was basically taking up his time because he had not eaten. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Additionally, he added an extra line/service to my account that we never discussed or agreed to. I was not aware of this until I saw my bill and had to call to have it removed. Since then, I have returned to the store three times to speak with him and was brushed off each time. On another visit, I was also spoken to rudely by a different representative. I tried contacting Lamar through his work phone, but he continued to delay and give misleading responses. I do not recommend this location. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly suggest contacting Verizon corporate customer service directly—they were the only ones who helped resolve my issue. I believe the staff here, especially Lamar, need better training in customer service and transparency.

    Being a Verizon customer for over 6 years this is the worst store anybody can go to had a chunky guy, bald one and short haired guy playing “no you help the customer” right in the front of me. If you are looking to start new service with Verizon or even looking for help avoid this place. Save yourself the time and energy go to a different store or online.

    I don't know what to say whats more than worst. Last October 28, 2025, we decided to change provider or network. We in our family have 6 lines. The transaction goes well until the time the delivery of the phone. We are able to bring home 2 phones during that day and instructed the agent where to send the other 4 phones as we have exactly the address. After 5 days, 4 phones were delivered in our home address and not on the given address. I returned the 2 phones to the store that should be delivered to different address and one of the phone does not met the specs as we discussed. They said that they will process the phones and send it to the given address. After a week, the reciever of the phone asked me about the phone. I went to the store and askes about it and they said that the phone was missing during the shipment and they have to process again. After a week, i asked for an update, Before going to the store, I called the customer service to ask some questions and to my surprise, and as the agent look at the account, phone were not processed. I went to store again and ask them and told them about my conversation with the customer service. That's the only time they process when I was there. That 2 phones arrived to the address and another issue is, they send a wrong phone gain according to the specification we agreed. I am keeping in touch with the store agent they keep promising they going to process it. They dont even dare to update us as tk where is the processing now. It's more than a month and the process does not met our expectations. TO THIS, I AM CALLING THE MANAGEMENT OF THE STORE TO LOOK AT THIS MATTER. I HAVE KEPT ON GOING BACK TO THE STORE FOR ALMOST 8 TIMES ALREADY. WHATEVER PAYMENT THEY ASK, WE PAY ACCORDINGLY SO AS TO PROCESS EVERYTHING. SO MUCH HASSLE, DISAPPOINMENT AND INCONVENIENCE. WORST EXPERIENCE

    I waited over a month to write a review as I wanted to see how my bill would look after all the supposed adjustments, but yep, 1 star. I took my phones in for a simple drop off as I had already traded in my devices on the Verizon app. Both phone trade ins have not reflected on either of my accounts and now I’m being charged payments on both new devices as my accounts say “trade in required”. We were offered an upgrade in internet routers that were “of no additional cost” and we traded in both old routers promptly. Only to still receive notifications that our devices were never traded in and we would be charged. We also were offered to switch to a business account and as of now, our business internet is shut off and we have no way of gaining access to make a bill payment for it online. We were told to make a payment last month that would be credited back but it never was. I now see on this months bill i am being charged for TWO internet services, with 2 additional add ons that I had removed 2 months ago and yet it’s still on there. This is the first time in 13 years with Verizon that I have ever had this much issue over a simple drop off and upgrade. Do not come to this store. I am beyond displeased.

    Not one to leave bad reviews but customer service we received was very disappointing. Young lady that helped us was unprofessional and unwelcoming. She added services to our bill without asking first. Wouldn’t feel comfortable returning to this location.
