    Buyers beware…. That added services to my bill with out my approval. Do not go to this store. Verizon customer service did agree in my favor to change the bill back to its Previous status

    Worst service ever! I have had phone for 2 years and nothing but problems. Miss tons of voicemail because they can never get it fixed. I just paid off my phone and now phone won't charge and goes out on me at 60% and then says 0%. It recharges very slowly and not fully. I was given an appointment to get it fixed at a store and when I looked it up, that store was permanently closed. Called them back and what a hassle, as always to get a person. Then I keep losing them. Tired and fed up! Changing company. Goodbye Verizon! Forever!!!

    I have elderly parents who stopped in to help restart an iPhone because I was out of town. When they had left, the sales associate had changed their entire plan without consent or signature. My mother calls overseas, and they did not even bother to add an overseas calling plan. On top of that, they had added hot spot to every phone line, icloud, and other additions. I was so angry, because they took advantage of elderly people. When I asked my father, he did not even sign anything acknowledging these changes or was verbally told anything. Fast forward many phone calls later, our plan was finally reverted back. After some time, I decided to switch their plans after taking time and reviewing alternative plans. I travelled back to the store to see if they improved with their customer service. When I changed the plan, the sales associate told me my bill would be 40 dollars more expensive on the first month. I had asked her why, she told me "I don't know this is what the computer is telling me". It blows my mind that a sales associate would tell me I have no clue, rather than delving deeper and properly explaining. I then proceeded to add an international plan. The sales associate then told me that that plan doesn't exist. I went on my phone and showed her the exact plan on the Verizon website. She then told me I don't see that on the website you should call customer service. Rather than assisting with me calling customer service, she left me and went to chat with her co workers. After a few phone calls, that lead to their manager calling into their store and telling them to do a click to call to their international department, I was finally assisted to speak to someone to add the plan. Before I could even finish with the phone call, the sales associate had clocked out and left the store. Not a single word about asking if I need further assistance or anything. Verizon is one of the most popular, longest running phone services but this store is fraudulent. Associates are only interested in helping people buying products. There's zero customer service. I wish I could name all the individuals I had to deal with, but I won't ..
