This establishment operates on a fraudulent business model designed to deny repairs and force high-margin sales. I booked an appointment for a simple iPhone 16 screen replacement. The phone was working perfectly, only the screen was cracked. At 10 AM on October 24th, a white guy technician immediately attempted to derail the service. He performed a completely bogus, self-designed "test" and falsely claimed the phone was "internally damaged" and needed to be replaced entirely. This was a BLATANT, HIGH-PRESSURE UPSELL into buying a new phone. When I demanded he perform the screen repair I had scheduled, he flat-out refused service. PROOF OF DECEPTION: I drove immediately to an official Apple Store. They examined the phone, confirmed there was absolutely ZERO internal damage, and replaced the screen immediately. The Best Buy technician's diagnosis was a calculated lie. This store is using deceptive tactics to manipulate customers into unnecessary, expensive purchases. I have escalated this predatory behavior to Apple Corporate. Save your time and money—and your phone—by avoiding this facility completely. They are unethical and dishonest.
