He threatened me if I walk out with a control He would acuse me if theft while at the register asking for answers on a return ? very quick to threat instead of listening to my concerns? isnt that the job of a supervisor? he was very agrresive, He would not allow me to speak, and raised his voice at me!! I had never dealt with a store supervisor that would not allow to speak? All I was addressing was if the return policy is anythjng over $700 I would get a check in the mail 2-4 weeks !! I asked why is it not in the receipt? he said it does not have to be on there ?? Very Rude and unproffesional!! telling me if he wants he can have me kicked out of the store for asking what my refund amount would be? he stated its only going one way here!! I felt Harassed and I will not tolerate this type of treatment when I was just concerned for my refund amount!! This man needs to be fired!! I will never come to this Best Buy again!! Please Ladies go somewhere where you are treated with equal respect!!

The guy at the Apple Valley store gave us a wrong part AND told us the wrong price information regarding the installation. My Husband attempted to install the radio, realized we had the wrong part. I brought everything back to the Victorville store, the gentleman brought me back to installation, and Mike helped me tremendously! He told me what we needed, I ordered the part, he told me how much it would be for him to install the radio, which we, did AND it was significantly less than what we were originally told. Radio is now installed and everything works! Honestly, his customer service was amazing. Thank you again for helping us!
