Ever since they took over Bay Cities it’s gone down hill drastically. Not in the way of the care of your pet but in the way of being helpful and getting you in to see a doctor. This is the second time I’ve called with my dog having bad stool issues and the first apt is 3 weeks out!! I get it if was a regular check up but no help what’s so ever on getting him in earlier. Dr Elliot and Dr Thatcher are amazing but hospitality of this place is non existent anymore.
