Today, I am called an hour after my appointment that I won't be able to have an install because my purchase is not in store. I am also told I will not be able to have installation or pick up my purchase until after the holidays. Called the "customer service" number and have and have been transferred 5 times. They read a script. Completely useless.

After finalizing my appt the agent says they don’t have the parts in stock, well I was willing to wait but then she says I would need to leave my phone there until the parts come in. Absolutely ridiculous. This was my first time going to Best Buy in at least a decade. Won’t be going back.
