  Promised my computer back in a week and it took triple that amount of time. No customer service and horrible online services with zero updates when asked.

  If I could give negative stars I would. I made an appointment for installation today, waiting 2 weeks because I needed a Saturday installation. Today, I am called an hour after my appointment that I won't be able to have an install because my purchase is not in store. I am also told I will not be able to have installation or pick up my purchase until after the holidays. Called the "customer service" number and have and have been transferred 5 times. They read a script. Completely useless.

  Made an appointment to get my iPhone screen fixed. Waited 30 minutes to be told the apple tech called in sick so I agreed to schedule an appt for the next day. After finalizing my appt the agent says they don’t have the parts in stock, well I was willing to wait but then she says I would need to leave my phone there until the parts come in. Absolutely ridiculous. This was my first time going to Best Buy in at least a decade. Won’t be going back.

  Had just left Lowe’s due to not being able to deliver a new washer until “sometime in February.” Headed to Best Buy and we were soooo glad we did. Only waited in line about 10 minutes when Cameron started helping us. He was so polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. From time we walked in until we walked out with the washer/dryer set set up for delivery was approximately 20 minutes. I was so impressed I had to write it down. There was another man working next to Cameron but he only acknowledged us by saying he’s with a customer and walked away. Cameron was working with someone else while we were in line but he apologized for the wait and he’d be right with us and he did. YOU THE BOMB CAMERON!!! Maria S. Benicia, CA
