  I would like to say thank you to Ray, a Verizon employee, who helped me a lot with my issue. He was very professional, patient, and kind. He took the time to really understand my problem and solved it quickly and clearly. Ray had a very positive attitude, was supportive, and made the whole situation much less stressful for me. I’m very happy with the help I received and truly appreciate his great customer service.

  I went here to change to a new wireless network and provide Verizon with a new customer. In return they wasted hours of my time, left me paying for a service I did not use and seemed very nonchalant regarding both the money and time they cost me. Things started off ok, the guy assisting me had no trouble collecting my money and signing me up as a customer, however, when it came time to transfer my number he was clearly having trouble. After waiting patiently for close to 2 hours I finally had to leave for another appointment. I was told they had everything they needed to finalize porting my number over so I left confident they would do their job. Flash forward almost two weeks and I notice my previous carrier charged me for an additional month. Verizon never finalized setting everything up and more importantly never informed me of their failure to do so. I went in to correct the issue which took well over another hour but they did finally get the issue resolved. So to recap my experience as a new Verizon customer they charged me for a service that was not set up properly (should have been prorated), failed to transfer my number and cost me another month with my previous network (should have been credited) and wasted several hours of my time (an apology would have been nice). If this is the customer service Verizon provides to brand new customers imagine how they will treat you once you’re locked in on a contract and cannot leave. Save yourself the headache and take your businesses elsewhere.

  Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very thankful for her help. My phone was having issues and she helped me upgrade my plan in a way that saved me money. She also helped the time pass while we were waiting on my phone diagnostics. Thank you so much!

  Friendliest and most efficient store I’ve visited in a while. Also well stocked with accessories, so it’s cool to while away some time as you wait.
